The hotel staff was competent and extremely friendly. The room was a nice size with smoke detectors for safety measures, and a work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and a TV. Restaurant was perfect for breakfast.

The staff were professional and the breakfast was delicious and absolutely fantastic with the relaxing atmosphere. Hotel's location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, on a quiet area. What's more, it was near to the best beaches in Phuket, great restaurants and shops and restaurants😃❤

The room I stayed in was super quiet, and it had its own bathroom. the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, with cozy electric blankets and a choice of hypoallergenic or down pillows to snuggle into. Plus, the hotel is right by the lake, which is a nice bonus! 🌟

I had very nice days staying at this brand-new hotel. the location was exceptionally nice and perfect for traveling around Nai Harn. - It was right by cafes, restaurants, local shops, and the beautiful Nai Harn beach, ideal for watching the sunset. - the hotel is situated in a quiet area.

The hotel's location was mind-blowingly perfect, just a short and easy walk to the breathtaking beach. The rooms were big, quiet, and super comfortable, making our stay absolutely jaw-dropping. The staff was unbelievably friendly and always went above and beyond, especially when it came to catering to our child's needs. The variety of dishes at breakfast was impressive, and the staff even cooked special meals for our little one. The cleanliness of the hotel, both inside and outside, was top-notch, and the swimming pools were fantastic, with a special shoutout to the meticulous water inspection. The smart-TV and convenient bags with sea towels provided added a delightful touch to our stay. The staff's helpfulness was exceptional, making us feel valued and cared for. We can't wait to return next year for another incredible experience.
